My Account is the section of the website where you can manage your personal information, including your login details.

Change Your Password

To change your password, select Change Password from the My Account menu. Password must contain at least 8 characters.

Update Personal Details

Choose My Profile and "Update My Profile" to edit your personal details. Please be advised that some details are required to match your supporting documentation in order to bid and purchase vehicles. If you need to change your details, pleae Contact Us and submit new supporting documentation that corresponds with the changes.

Roles

If you are a dealer, you'll see your role listed as Dealer. If you are a private customer your role will be Private Customer. All other roles are as listed.
